There is an option to get RSS (Rich Site Summary).

You can either add it to your RSS-reader:

http://www.chemknowhow.com/forum/rss.php

Or you can have it as an active Bookmark, which allows to see the list of last 10 posts without need to go to the site:

1) go here:
http://www.chemknowhow.com/forum/rss.php

2) click "Subscribe" (If you don't see the button "subscribe", than your version of Mazilla or Internet Explorer is not new enough)

3) go to your bookmarks and click on it. You will get a list of subjects of last 10 posts.
